Please do not believe the reviews here that are highly rated. I was fooled by these great reviews and I was so wrong! These reviews must be filtered by the company themselves so they come out with only the great reviews.I am writing this review with honest experience after dealing with them since 7 months ago. That means I have given them many many many chances to do it right and keep their promises. I have been disappointed over and over because they do not show up for scheduled appointments when they say they will. I empty my schedule for them expecting for them to come in for repairs but this company will forget you are in the schedule so you end up wasting your time. Everyone that I dealt with over the phone all left the company since they recently have a change in management. However, the new management is even worst. So far, the “new management” have no-showed 2 scheduled appointments with me, not including my same experience with the “old management”. It is unfair when you wait on them to come as they promise (for repairs that should not even exist in the first place it they do things right) and end up being stood up! A complete waste of time and money since I am also working.If you are a regular home owner (not a big company or maybe if you own a mansion), then do not use this company. They will not take care of you. They will forget you as soon as you make the payments. There are way better companies out there that are reliable and will take care of their customers and are Trustworthy and do not forget the “small projects”.
Excellent customer service, Marjorie the sales representative gave us a detailed explanation of the difference of the artificial turf grade, color, specs. And I believe have a good prices for material and installation. 😊

I have completed many projects at home and I can say that this company has exceeded my expectations, especially in these times and in MIAMI. I request an estimate on Friday, and on Monday they were already here measuring, today is Friday and the work is already finished with a five-star quality. The workers are polite and respectful, the supervisor Ruben always on call and reporting in real time. I am really very happy with his work, satisfied and grateful to have chosen them.
