Additionally, there are a large amount of special resources that can be gathered in the world that, when used during the crafting process, can dictate what Perk is added to the piece of equipment. Remember that there’s no guarantee that a Perk or a Gem Socket will be added to the Equipment you are crafting but the chance will increase as your crafting skill level increases.
